Our brains are wired to act differently on camera than in person (that's why we all hate home-videos, haha) but it's pretty easy to overcome once you get used to it. Get used to hearing your voice played back and work on getting rid of any quirky things you might do that would distract from your message (touching your face, wrinkling your nose a lot, etc).
