I recently blogged about deceiving myself... it is related in that I was in a place where I was trying to convince everyone around me that I was remaining positive and, worse, I was trying to convince myself that I was remaining positive... The strange thing was, it was like the REAL me was hovering over top of me watching me deceive myself (does that make sense?)... I was in some kind of funk (or hole) feeling sorry for myself and attempting to make myself think I wasn't in that state.
