A Sioux Indian story…
My grandfather took me to the fish pond on the farm when I was about seven, and he told me to throw a stone into the water. He told me to watch the circles created by the stone. Then he asked me to think of myself as that stone person.
“You may create lots of splashes in your life, but the waves that come from those splashes will disturb the peace of all your fellow creatures,” he said.
“Remember that you are responsible for what you put in your circle, and that circle will also touch many other circles. You will need to live in a way that allows the good that comes from your circle to send the peace of that goodness to others. The splash that comes from anger or jealousy will send those feelings to other circles. You are responsible for both.”
That was the first time I realized each person creates the inner peace or discord that flows out into the world. We cannot create world peace if we are riddled with inner conflict, hatred, doubt, or anger. We radiate the feelings and thoughts that we hold inside, whether we speak them or not. Whatever is splashing around inside of us is spilling out into the world, creating beauty or discord with all other circles of life.
Remember the eternal wisdom: Whatever you focus on expands.

I’ve moved into a new head space .
Years ago when I was feeling as blue as can be – I don’t mean that in a pornagraphic way, I found a website called The Science of Getting Rich Networks. This was a couple of weeks before The Secret surfaced and took over the Law of Attraction scenario.
At that stage of my life things were looking pretty rough for me. I had moved to another country. (Yip I now know for sure that you take yourself with you.) I had no contacts and found myself in a deep hole. I was in a constant state of lack, in other words, not having enough of anything. (Or so I thought.)
I downloaded The Science of Getting Rich and promptly left it to gather cyberdust on my computer. Ever done that?
Anyways after falling even deeper into my hole I remembered that book. I blew off the cyberdust and began to read.
I was overwhelmed with relief when I read those Scienceog Getting Rich words. This wasn’t about SEO, Blogging, Adsense, Internet Marketing, MLM or anything like that. It was all about attaining a prosperous mindset. It was good but it wasn’t so easy to implement- I mean years of doing what I’d been doing made it down right hard to believe that I can become a genuise or rich.
But wait a minute – my beady eye spotted The Practical Genuises Course at a price which was so affordable I couldn’t resist. And by affordable I mean choosing what you want to pay! Where in the world do you get such an offer? At auctions? Nah, somebody can outbid you and then you ain’t got the goods.
The Practiacl Genuises Course opened my mind to a whole lot of new possibilities. And my life has changed some. New opportunities surfaced for which I’ll admit the internet has been largely responsible.
In the practical geniuses course you get a whole lot of interesting scripts and life labs. Life lab being an apt name.

The thing is that these life labs are life changing – you realise that there is another way of viewing the world.
With this new vision and new thinking comes success.
Why not try it out for yourself?
Go to the The Science of Getting Rich Networks, receive your free book and enroll for the Course.
It’s worth every penny and then some!

Having a dream, in my not so humble opinion is necessary. For if we don’t have a dream then we have got nothing.
Since childhood I felt like I was in a dream. This obviously caused me some problems, especially in school.
I just couldn’t take the whole concept of life so seriously. I thought I was here to have fun and not be reprimanded about facing up to reality. Why were grown ups always so serious? What was wrong with my reality anyway?
So it’s no wonder we have difficulty keeping up with the Jones’s when in our hearts it’s not even what we are yearning for. Seriously I’ve never yearned to have my bank manager’s job. Luckily I’ve never been bothered by the Jones’s, but this doesn’t mean I haven’t had my share of envy, jealousy and general bad vibes which is another chapter. As much as I like my bank manager – she’s a friendly person and always has a smile for me – I know I would hate sitting in that office all day in that uncomfortable designer wear and those heels. I just love my flip flops and cotton wraps even though I can afford larney shoes and gear. It’s just not me.
Ever since I can remember it was my dream to be free of trapments (well that’s what they are for me). I never saw myself slogging in a office or doing some job to for a living. I’ll admit it caused me difficulty at times. Many times I’ve been without funds because I wouldn’t “work”. I was reprimanded by my parents for not having something safe and secure. I ask you what is safety and security? Going off to prison so you can earn a living? No thanks.
Contrary to what other parents did – opt in to the “secure world” I became even more determined to live my dream when my twin girls were born. The minute I held those babes in my single mom ‘s arms I knew that I had to be an example. And that example was not one of giving in to a system which tells you to “get real and get a job.” Besides I wanted to spend time with them and not give them to people whose beliefs collided with mine.
In a nutshell:
- Be true to yourself.
- Acknowledge the things that turn you on (if they’re bloody and dirty, go get help).
- Make clear pictures in your mind with you playing the lead role.
- Watch what you eat – huh?
Seriously food affects our body like nothing else, including emotions, feelings, blood cells and of course health. The purer your body the clearer your dream becomes. No joke. That clarity enables you to see what path you have to take to get to your dream. - Get a coach – no I don’t mean take the bus – I mean a real coach, somebody to help you focus. Start off with somebody like Rebecca Fine from the Science of Getting Rich Networks who offers a great course called The Practical Genuises Course. It comes with step by step instructions and you choose what to pay.
- Say to yourself I am living my dream – even if you think it’s stupid. Wouldn’t you regret it, if saying something to yourself prevented you from living your dream?
- Take action in the direction of your dream – no use just dreaming about it- after all you want to start living your dream, so action is of utmost importance. The action part tells the dream that you’re ready for it.
- Wasting time kills dreams – each second spent constructively gets you closer to your dream.
- Keep on keeping on.
Thanks for reading and hey, feedback and questions are much appreciated.
In the late 1800s, an Italian sociologist and engineer, Vilfredo Pareto, became known for his controversial theory that alleged the superiority of the “elite” class. That unfortunate (and now discredited) theory was used to shore up the ideology of fascism which brought misery to millions.
But he was also known for applying mathematical principles in the realms of sociology and economics, and while his now-refuted “law” of the “trivial many” and the “significant few” holds no meaning for us in terms of the value of human beings, at least one of Pareto’s ideas does still hold water in other areas.
You may know “The Pareto Principle” by its more familiar name, “the 80/20 Rule.”
Simply put, the 80/20 Rule — as we use it today — says that 80% of your return will come from 20% of your effort. For example, in business this can mean that 80% of your income derives from 20% of your customer base. Or that 80% of your revenue can be traced to just 20% of your sales force.
Think about all the ways the 80/20 Rule applies: About 80% of all small businesses fail within their first couple of years, so you could say that 80% of all small business SUCCESS comes from 20% of all new small businesses. (And the subject of WHY so many fail is something we’ll cover in the near future. My view is that most fail before they even begin, lacking knowledge and understanding of the principles we’ve discovered in The Science of Getting Rich.)
How about in your own job or business — or in other areas of your life? Can you see that 80% of the results come from 20% of your input? I don’t know if Wallace Wattles (the author of the amazing forgotten 1910 classic, The Science of Getting Rich) had ever heard of Pareto, but let’s take a look at how the 80/20 Rule might be useful in implementing Mr. Wattles’ notion of “Efficient Action.” First, though, some more fascinating 80/20 facts.
Back in the 1960s, thousands of insurance salespeople for Metropolitan Life, a big company here in the U.S., took part in a study that demonstrated this rule. The study found that, yes, 20% of the agents produced 80% of all sales.
But they took the study a step further and scrutinized that top 20%. And guess what? The rule held there, too. In fact, the top 20% of THAT top 20% of all salespeople were making 32 times as much as the average of the sales reps in the bottom 80%!
And what do you think they found out about the top 20% of that group making 32 times the average?
The people in THAT top 20% were making 54 times more than the people in the bottom 80%!
What was it that made the difference? It wasn’t that this cream of the crop was 54 times smarter or worked that much harder. And they obviously didn’t have 54 times as much education or experience.
What made the difference was that the people reaping the biggest rewards had learned to pay attention and keep track of WHAT WORKED and made them effective — and what didn’t. They made it a point to do more of the effective things and get rid of the time-, energy-, and resource-wasters.
They were spending 80% of their time on the 20% of their work that produced the biggest results!
Most of them had probably never heard of Mr. Wattles or his work, but they were, nonetheless, practicing Efficient Action regularly. Daily. All the time.
Here’s the thing: If you’d prefer to find yourself in the top 20% (and, yes, you can do that without sinking into competitive mind), take a good, close look at how you spend your time and energy. Without a doubt you’ll find that the most productive, effective, profitable activities ARE probably getting only about 20% of your attention. Which means that you’re spending 80% of your resources on the things that are unproductive, ineffective, and unprofitable.
And by “time” I mean not only the time you spend actually working at your income-producing activities but the time you spend on thinking and acting in the certain way: holding to your clear vision with faith, purpose, and gratitude. Let’s take a quick look at just a couple of the high points in “Efficient Action” — Chapter 12 in The Science of Getting Rich — and see where we stack up.
- Are you “more than filling” your present place — or are you doing only enough to get by? It’s been said that many bosses pay their employees just enough to keep them from quitting and that many employees work just enough to keep from getting fired. If you find yourself in either of those positions, you are NOT ready to rise to a higher level of reward.”Giving more in use value than you take from others in cash value” applies to employees selling their services to their companies as well as to those selling goods or services to customers.
- Are you making the mistake of trying to do too much? These days, being way too busy is almost a badge of honor, but Mr. Wattles warns: “You are not to overwork or to rush blindly into your business in the effort to do the greatest possible number of things in the shortest possible time. … The more things you do, the worse for you, if all your acts are inefficient ones.”
- Are you plagued by the dream-killer, procrastination? “If there is something that may be done today and you do not do it, you have failed insofar as that thing is concerned. And the consequences may be more disastrous than you imagine.”
- Are you neglecting things that may SEEM small and unimportant? “You cannot foresee the results of even the most trivial act. … Your neglect or failure to do some small thing may cause a long delay in getting you what you want.”
- Are your actions strong or weak? Mr. Wattles notes that “when every one is strong, you are acting in the certain way which will make you rich. Every act can be made strong and efficient by holding your vision while you are doing it and by putting the whole power of your faith and purpose into it.”
Over the next 24 hours, why not make it a point to pay attention to where your time goes … how you spend your energy … where you focus your thinking, feelings, and action … and how you notice and respond to the opportunities presented? Make notes throughout the day, keep track, and at the end of the day, see for yourself just how true the 80/20 Rule is — at work, at home, everywhere.
Now, my friend, here’s to your “Totally TOP Twenty Percent” day today and LOTS more of them to come!

One day a father and his rich family took his young son on a trip to the country with the firm purpose to show him how poor people can be. They spent a day and a night in the farm of a very poor family. When they got back from their trip the father asked his son, “How was the trip?”
“Very good, Dad!”
“Did you see how poor people can be?” the father asked.
“Yeah!”
“And what did you learn?”
The son answered, “I saw that we have a dog at home, and they have four. We have a pool that reaches to the middle of the garden, they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lamps in the garden, they have the stars. Our patio reaches to the front yard, they have a whole horizon.”
When the little boy was finished, his father was speechless.
His son added, “Thanks, Dad, for showing me how poor we are!”
Isn’t it true that it all depends on the way you look at things? If you have love, friends, family, health, good humor and a positive attitude toward life, you’ve got everything!
You can’t buy any of these things. You can have all the material possessions you can imagine, provisions for the future, etc., but if you are poor of spirit, you have nothing!

Once there was an emperor in the Far East who was growing old and knew it was coming time to choose his successor.
Instead of choosing one of his assistants, or one of his own children, he decided to do something different.
He called all the young people in the kingdom together one day. He said, “It has come time for me to step down and to choose the next emperor. I have decided to choose one of you.” The kids were shocked! But the emperor continued. “I am going to give each one of you a seed today. One seed. It is a very special seed. I want you to go home, plant the seed, water it and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from this one seed. I will then judge the plants that you bring to me, and the one I choose will be the next emperor of the kingdom!”
There was one boy named Ling who was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed. He went home and excitedly told his mother the whole story. She helped him get a pot and some planting soil, and he planted the seed and watered it carefully. Every day he would water it and watch to see if it had grown.
After about three weeks, some of the other youths began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow. Ling kept going home and checking his seed, but nothing ever grew. Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by. Still nothing.
By now others were talking about their plants but Ling didn’t have a plant, and he felt like a failure. Six months went by, still nothing in Ling’s pot. He just knew he had killed his seed. Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing. Ling didn’t say anything to his friends, however. He just kept waiting for his seed to grow.
A year finally went by and all the youths of the kingdom brought their plants to the emperor for inspection. Ling told his mother that he wasn’t going to take an empty pot.
But she encouraged him to go, and to take his pot, and to be honest about what happened. Ling felt sick to his stomach, but he knew his mother was right. He took his empty pot to the palace.
When Ling arrived, he was amazed at the variety of plants grown by all the other youths. They were beautiful, in all shapes and sizes. Ling put his empty pot on the floor and many of the other kinds laughed at him. A few felt sorry for him and just said, “Hey nice try.”
When the emperor arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted the young people. Ling just tried to hide in the back. “My, what great plants, trees and flowers you have grown,” said the emperor. “Today, one of you will be appointed the next emperor!”
All of a sudden, the emperor spotted Ling at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered his guards to bring him to the front. Ling was terrified. “The emperor knows I’m a failure! Maybe he will have me killed!”
When Ling got to the front, the Emperor asked his name.
“My name is Ling,” he replied. All the kids were laughing and making fun of him. The emperor asked everyone to quiet down. He looked at Ling, and then announced to the crowd, “Behold your new emperor! His name is Ling!” Ling couldn’t believe it. Ling couldn’t even grow his seed. How could he be the new emperor?
Then the emperor said, “One year ago today, I gave everyone here a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds which would not grow. All of you, except Ling, have brought me trees and plants and flowers. When you found that the seed would not grown, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Ling was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new emperor!”

One night a group of nomads were preparing to retire for the evening, when suddenly they were surrounded by a great light.
They knew they were in the presence of a celestial being.
With great anticipation, they awaited a heavenly message of great importance that they knew must be especially for them.
Finally, the voice spoke.
“Gather as many pebbles as you can. Put them in your saddle bags. Travel a day’s journey. Tomorrow night you will be both glad and sad.”
Afterwards, the nomads shared their disappointment and anger with each other. They had expected the revelation of a great universal truth that would enable them to create wealth, health and purpose for the world. But instead they were given a menial task that made no sense to them at all.
However, the memory of the brilliance of their visitor caused each one to pick up a few pebbles and deposit them in their saddle bags while voicing their displeasure.
They traveled a day’s journey. That night, while making camp, they reached into their saddle bags and discovered that the pebbles they had gathered the night before had turned into beautiful and brilliant diamonds!
Indeed, they were both glad and sad, just as the voice had promised.
They were glad they now had beautiful and valuable diamonds. They were sad they had not gathered more pebbles when they had the opportunity.
And the moral here is, take what you can every day and be as hardworking and positive about it all. You never know where or when you will reap the benefits, or how great those benefits will be. Don’t regret not taking more later down the road.

A little girl walked daily to and from school. Though the weather that morning was questionable and clouds were forming, she made her daily trip to school. As the afternoon progressed, the winds whipped up, along with thunder and lightning.
The mother of the little girl felt concerned that her daughter would be frightened as she walked home from school, and she herself feared that the electrical storm might harm her child.
Following the roar of thunder, lightning, through the sky and full of concern, the mother quickly got in her car and drove along the route to her child’s school.
As she did so, she saw her little girl walking along, but at each flash of lightning, the child would stop, look up and smile. Another and another were to follow quickly, each with the little girl stopping, looking up and smiling.
Finally, the mother called over to her child and asked, “What are you doing?”
The child answered, smiling, “God just keeps taking pictures of me.”

1. Get Out of Scarcity Mode
I know it’s not so easy to get out of scarcity mode, when you keep feeling like you haven’t got enough. If you feel you haven’t got enough money, health, security, food, petrol, etc then it’s damn difficult. I know I’ve een there (sigh of relief).
The thing is if you keep concentrating on what you haven’t got enough of you’ll stay in that place. So begin to expand and see what you have got that is enough. I find going into my garden always uplifts me. I hear the birds chirping merrily, see the cat soaking up the rays of sun, the tulips coming into bloom and than I know everything is okay. I see the huge blue sky above me and know there is plenty of that.
Beware – if you catch yourself feeling jealous over somebody else’s good luck, possesions, looks, relationships or what ever it means you believe there’s not enough for you. This is a sign that you’re in scarcity mode.
2. Say Thank You
Now that you’ve found things that there are enough of say thanks. It seems corny at first but does amazing things for your state of mind. By saying thanks for what you have, your focus is shifted to another place. Now you get a gap to feel better. By feeling better your whole attitude is positive. Only then can you allow more good to come your way.
3. Stop Judgeing
Making judgements about those rich bastard bank managers who ruined everything and then still got a fat payout is no good. Stop it!
I know, how easy it is to judge. I catch myself doing it. It’s like Oh My God that woman is so fat, she must eat a lot of crap. I wonder why she doesn’t educate herself on food. She must hate being that fat. She doesn’t respect her body or love herself, no wonder she looks so grumpy. See where this is going?
Instead you could be focusing on what you’re doing. And besides who are we to judge some one else?
4. Be selective about what you entertain yourself with.
Huh?
Yip don’t sit in front of the idiot box, just watching anything for the sake of entertainment. Seriously the stuff you watch and read has a serious impact on your emotions. If you’re watching negative and trashy stuff don’t be surprised if your life turns out that way. Same goes for music. Me I don’t want to live the blues so I don’t listen to them – even though I love them! Yes I used to listen to the blues a lot and lived the blues.
5. Know What You Want
Believe it or not this is often the hardest part!
Let me ask you something?
Would you go into a restaurant and ask the waiter to bring you anything? Maybe – but you’d be dissapointed if what he bought you didn’t taste nice.
So if you know you want to be rich so you can educate your kids, own your house, give money to World Wild Life Fund, buy healthy food, drive a porsche and see the great wall of China you have a target. And it’s much easier to aim when you have a target. Also you can begin to imagine yourself doing and owning all that. When you live things out in your mind first you can get a taste of what it’s like and enjoy the feeling.
Sadly most people don’t really know what they want out of life and leave it up to destiny to just dish out what ever.
6. Take Action
We all know you have to do something to make something happen. It doesn’t mean you have to work your butt off. But you must take action. By taking action you are proving to yourself that you believe in what you’re doing. And once you start believing and doing – that’s when magic happens.
7. Take a Prosperity Course
Oh no not another self development come law of attraction Guru! Can’t stand those myself.
But I can recommend Rebecca Fine from the Science of Getting Rich Networks, Prosperity Course plus get a FREE copy of The Science of Getting Rich Ebook. This book isn’t aboout investments, tax havens, mlm, adsense, blogging or copy writing. Nope it’s about a mind set. The best part is that you choose what to pay for taking the prosperity course which is based on the EBook, The Science of Getting Rich.
So if right now you can’t afford big bucks, 10 dollars will get you in!How amazing is that?
Just by the way, I feel obliged to tell you that some big names have done the course. Heeeelllllllooooo, does the name Rhonda Byrnes, from The Secret ring a bell? Or Sandy Forster who wnet from social welfare to millionaire within 4 years.
Yes I’ve done it too and keep referring to my notes as membership lasts a life time.

We all know that video says a lot – I mean afterall so many more sense are involved than just reading. Now one can actually see and hear.
I come from the film industry – in my life time I have shot hundreds of professional commercials for Mercedes, BMW, Coco-cola, toilet paper, pizza, washing powder and lawn mowers.
These shoots were all done on a big budget with a full film crew. my responsibility was the art department – which meant preparing the set and organising the props. And as we all know time is money. So I had to be prepared down to the last detail so that on shooting day in the studios we could roll. Inevitably the producer would always be on edge because going overtime cost big bucks.
These days anyone can shoot a video with the simplest means and achieve fantastic results.
Being a curious person I did 2 videos – both of the same product I’m promoting.
I really believe in this product as I use it and swear by the results. I did one video being creative, using strong imagery and sound effects. The 2nd video I filmed myself, being natural, talking about the CD’s.
Watch both videos. Which one do you think gets the most results?
The 2nd video gets the most results which prooves you don’t need editing skills, a budget or a film crew!
I use Traffic Geyser to distribute videos all over the web. It beats uploading all the videos yourself. Plus there are great tutorials and other tools to help you. If you follow the instructions exactly as they are explained you have a recipe for instant success.
